Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident in every LUXESWIM piece you wear! If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. No items will be accepted after the 14-day window.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need return approval to start this process. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@luxeswimswimwear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

There are NO refunds under any circumstances. 

 

DEFECTIVE & WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.  Under any circumstances.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the sensitive nature of the garment, for sanitary reasons, we will gladly accept your item(s) for exchange only or (a single) store credit within 14 calendar days of receipt on clean, unworn, and unwashed items with the original hygienic liner and labels/tag(s) still attached. Must have original proof of purchase included in the return package. Purchaser pays for return postage. There are no refunds on shipping fees. If the desired size or color is out of stock at the time of receipt of your returned item, a store credit will be made available at that time. Final sale items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, so cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. However, if processing has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Before completing your purchase, please double-check that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Once your order is confirmed, we may not be able to make any changes, including address updates.

We’re also unable to make changes to item selections, sizes, or apply coupon codes after your order is placed. Please review all details carefully before checking out.
